Hi-Five and 702, both well after my childhood. The Hi-Five video was sweet and back far enough that the lyrics were romantic and not blatantly saying “girl, give me some _______” I say far enough back, but we know that there have always been singers who tell it plain and not romantically clouded going all the way back to Chaucer’s era.

I don’t believe it. I actually recognized 702. Think my daughter may have been watching that video one day. Oh, those hats. How could I forget?
