This morning, Melanie Brown appeared on the lifestyle segment of the Today Show to promote her new workout DVD Mel B: Totally Fit.
She looks beautiful, and has been in amazing shape ever since her Spice Girls days. I’m sure that this DVD, which is in stores today, will do very well. Check out some promo pictures:

It ought to be a cardinal sin for one woman to be so damn hot. It’s just not fair to the normal, 9-5, church-goin’, baby-totin’ women of the world. I might not leave my wife for her, but I’d dang sure try to have a conversation with this mutant.
