Eva Longoria Parker, Ciara, and Gwyneth Paltrow all recently wore this new (sort of recylced) Hollywood trend – a high waist skirt. At first glance, the skirt sort has a girdle-type feel. (It holds everything in when worn right.) This look is best done with a skirt tuck in as Tony P’s wife, Ciara, and Mrs. Chris Martin effortlessly did.

Actually, I love anythinig that will tuck it all in! I would have to admit that I have put on a few pounds after marriage and baby, but I am effortlessly
attempting to get those pounds off!

I found a halo style dress with high waist that I love, but I have not been able to find a pencil skirt with this style.
