I have never seen that skit on the Cosby show. Fantastic! I enjoyed Bill’s facial expressions.
Ray is in a league all of his own.

You outdid yourself Mrs G. That episode definitely played a part in exposing me to Ray’s music. The second vid was missing but I’ll see if I can find it elsewhere on YT.

Ray was cool, but Betty Carter’s voice give me chills. That lady was just awesome. Ms Betty is one of my favorite singers of all time, right up there with Ms Sarah Vaughn.
I’m taking the iPod to work tonight so I can listen to beautiful sounds to drown out all the child abuse I have to deal with.

That is a classic song that was celebrated in a classic way. I love that episode.
