Could this man really be our next President? I know it’s just the first caucus and their are many more to come, but even still history was made last night. It’s amazing to me, the blacks in America are still making history as the first of us to do so many things, and especially in politics. I was so excited about the win, that I watched his speech 3 times last night, and even clapped during the highlights…

I’m so excited about this win. I never thought a black man could ever have a serious shot at getting into the “White House” but I am now a believer. I hope they ramp up his security as I’m sure the nut jobs will be out in full force if he continues to rack up wins.

One of the writers on a site I blog for talked a about Obama’s win. Of course he first had to explain was a Caucus was to our readers, lol.
Honestly I hate to play the race card but I’m very surprised to see Obama win in a state like Iowa. Maybe the world isn’t as racist as I thought. I’m feeling like if he can win there he can win anywhere.

While I am not the most political brotha out there, it does look like Mr. Obama is taking this process by the horns; he has a strong following and he COULD very well make history.

Obama gives us hope. It is now up to each of us to do our part. Register to vote. Vote. Contribute to the brother’s campaign if you are serious in your support of his candidacy. It will get harder before it gets easier for him. He is no longer under the radar….

I practically have the end of his speech memorize, so yes go see it. I’ve been a registered voter since I turned 18 and my mom made me vote in elections that I tried to skip. I have not missed a presidential election, yet, and I pray I never will.
