I love Alicia Keys for her humanitarian efforts and her talent as a keyboardist, but I don’t really like her music. It’s lacking the grit, the rawness, the umph. I can listen to it because I can appreciate the originality and creativity, but it’s generally not my cup of tea. Well Ms. Keys has a new video out, and I think I like it…I think I can connect…

interesting enough i feel the same way about alicia keys. i love the fact that she has such a big heart, but overall, i am not a fan of her music. i will say that on every album that she has put out, i like at least one song from each-but they are typically the ones that get the radio play and publicity. nonetheless she is very beautiful and very talented.

well, i think she’s beautiful, talented and a great singer… though, i DO have to add that i don’t think she’s the same singer as when she first started.
