According to VH1 Blog, Ray J “treated the pint size rap starlet to a $20,000 shopping spree,” at Louis Vuitton on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. Sources also informs In Touch Weekly magazine, that the two have “been spending a lot of time together.” The source also says, “He treats all the women who are in his life well.”

At least that what his soon-to-be-ex-wife is saying in recent court papers. Jermaine Jackson’s ex-wife, Alejandra Jackson, claims that Jermaine is pretending to be broke to avoid spousal support. She also alleges that sleeping in the bed with little children runs in the family. Oh! She was married to Randy Jackson, before marrying Jermaine Jackson. Yes, they are brothers.Alejandra alleges Jermaine’s claim that he’s broke is a “smokescreen.” In legal papers, she says sarcastically, “he (claims) he has no income and all of his expenses are paid for by his girlfriend, who coincidentally, suddenly has a Swiss bank account and a Rolls Royce in her name after having worked at Bloomingdales and Macy’s.”
And then there’s this — “I seek full custody of our children, with reasonable visitation to Jermaine because I have concerns regarding Jermaine’s sleeping accommodations for our children while they are in his care.” She goes on — “I believe it is unhealthy for our children to sleep in the same bedroom with Jermaine and his girlfriend…” [Source]

Toni Braxton bounces $35,000 check to designer, Anthony Franco. Franco filed legal papers against Toni Braxton, requesting the remainder of the balance due to him.TMZ.com has the story:
According to court papers filed on Friday, Anthony Franco was commissioned by Braxton and Liberty Entertainment, Inc. to design the entire wardrobe for Braxton’s “Toni Revealed” show. Franco claims they agreed on a price of $35,000. Franco alleges that he received payment by check, which was returned for “insufficient funds.” He then alleges the defendants put a stop payment on the check.
In the lawsuit, Franco claims he was eventually paid $20,000, but there is still a $15,000 balance.

According to TMZ.com, Chris Rock has taken a DNA test that proves he is not the father of Kali Bowyer’s 13 year-old son. Chris Rock and wife, Malaak, released the following statement:“Though we prefer to keep our private life out of the media, we feel that it is necessary to respond to the many grossly inaccurate media reports that were sold to the tabloids by Kali Bowyer who falsely claimed that Chris Rock fathered her 13-year-old son. After multiple lies, including that Chris refused to establish paternity and after finding out that Ms. Bowyer has an extensive criminal record, we personally asked the court to help us establish paternity so that we could put this harassment to rest.
Last week it was concluded through DNA testing that Chris is not the father of Ms. Bowyer’s son. We have spent a tremendous sum to litigate this case and are asking our attorney to pursue all legal remedies against her. Additionally, we would like for any monies Ms. Bowyer has taken from the tabloid media based on this false story to be donated to Bulloch County, GA charities for the benefit of disadvantaged boys and girls. We also express our deepest prayers for the welfare of Ms. Bowyer’s son who has been continuously embarrassed and exposed in the media by his mother.
We are happy that this has come to an end.”
